About Gabriel
Gabriel focuses his practice on employment law and personal injury, driven by a commitment to leveling the playing field for people facing uphill battles.
An El Paso native, Gabriel earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2015 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2025. During law school, Gabriel demonstrated a strong commitment to public service by completing over 100 hours of pro bono work through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
Gabriel’s path to the courtroom began at a local law firm, where working alongside dedicated attorneys inspired him to pursue his own legal career. His passion for personal injury law stems from a personal family experience that revealed firsthand the life-changing power of effective legal advocacy. Focusing his practice on employment law and personal injury, Gabriel is driven by a deep commitment to leveling the playing field, giving a strong voice to those facing uphill battles and fighting relentlessly for the justice they deserve.
Gabriel was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2026.
