About Tiffany
Tiffany concentrates her practice on workplace injuries, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, and discrimination and harassment cases, the matters where an insurance company or an employer holds all the leverage, until she gets involved.
She earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2008 after graduating with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Government. Early in her career she interned for the Honorable Lynn N. Hughes of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, an experience that shaped her courtroom-first approach to preparing cases: every file built as if it will be tried, because the ones prepared that way are the ones that settle well.
Admitted to the Texas bar in 2008, Tiffany has been recognized repeatedly by her peers and by national rating organizations, including selection as a Texas Super Lawyer and multiple years among America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys for Southern Texas. Before that, she spent five consecutive years on the Texas Rising Stars list, an honor limited to a small fraction of attorneys under 40.
At MIJ Law, Tiffany is known for the personal hand she keeps in every matter. Clients work with her directly, in English or Spanish, from the first consultation through resolution.
